We would like to inform you that Weglot is postponing its transition from the current affiliate platform, FirstPromoter, to the partner management solution Kiflo. The migration will now proceed in phases. Agencies and freelancers will move to Kiflo on November 1, 2025, following a data migration on October 22, 2025. Other affiliates—including media, tech partners, and influencers—will remain on FirstPromoter for now, with a new migration date to be announced. We apologize for the change and want to reassure you that we’ve taken steps to ensure a smooth transition.
Why this change?
As we prepared the transition, the finance workflow proved more complex than anticipated and would have created unsustainable workload in the long term. We’re refining the process to make it smoother and durable before moving forward. Our objective is unchanged: a robust, scalable partner experience with enhanced tracking, reporting, and program management.
What does this mean for you?
You don’t need to take any action at this stage.
For agencies and freelancers, all current data, including leads, customers, past payouts, and referral links, will be migrated on October 22, 2025. You will receive access to your Kiflo dashboard during the transition, and the program will go live for you in Kiflo on November 1, 2025.
For other affiliates (media, tech partners, influencers, etc.), the migration is postponed without a new date. Your program continues on FirstPromoter until we share an updated timeline and onboarding details.
Your tracking and referral links remain unchanged for all promoter types. Access to FirstPromoter remains available through October 30, 2025 (superseding the previously communicated September 30 cut-off). Commissions generated in FirstPromoter will be paid via FirstPromoter. Final payout dates referenced in the earlier plan shift by one month to reflect the new schedule.

What happens next?
You will receive additional information by email—including onboarding instructions and access to your Kiflo dashboard if you are part of the agencies & freelancers cohort. Until then, everything continues to function as usual via FirstPromoter. We will communicate any changes for other affiliates well in advance and provide clear guidance before any new migration date.
